Wowwwwwww
Good one! April Fools Day was last wee...oh, sh!t!

And this doesn't seem like the "I'll declare for the draft to see what they say. Then go back to school." This seems like he has made up his mind.

That's what it sounded like to me too. I mean he is a very talented player, and I felt like he would eventually develop into an all around top player and NBA draft pick, but he is not there yet. I felt most areas of his game were solid, except when it came to playing around bigger players of similar ability. There were multiple occasions of dribbling into the trees with no place to go or underestimating a taller opponents ability to disrupt his shot. He's a great player, and I wish him well, but he is bound for the developmental league. IMO this is a mistake. I'm often wrong though, so I am sure he will be a 10 time all-star.

It stated that he’s signed with an agent so his eligibility is gone, I wish rollins the best of luck!
I'm not sure where or if he'll get picked this year, but I am happy for him, despite what it does to our team. I am sure that this has a more than significant impact on our team and ability to succeed at a high level as we did previously, next year.
I want to be happy for him, but my crystal ball has Eric Page written all over it. He's grown as a player, but needed another year to cement his draft status. I know money is a big motivator, but with him coming back with all of our starting five, next year could have been special. Then he really could have cashed in big time as a lottery pick.

I guess it makes sense we picked up the kid from Cal State Fullerton as his replacement. Coach K knew this was coming.

Glad they got that Maddox kid

We've got some freshmen guards that need to step up. Put Cooper Davis on scholarship and sign a rim defender.
I hate to see him go, but you cannot blame him for chasing his dream and looking to take care of his family! With him declaring now and not right after the season, I get the sense that he didn't rush his decision and got some valuable feedback/advice that played a big part in this decision. Wish him nothing but the best as he gave us two excellent seasons. It is going to be a very interesting off season to watch how TK and Staff compensate for losing a 20 points, 30+ minutes per game All League player from your lineup!
Wow! We had so much hope for next year. Good luck to Ryan, but this sucks.

One of these years... It's always something it seems.
Good Luck Ryan Rollins.

So now we have 2 Rocket guards looking for places on NBA rosters. Marreon had a disappointing year at ASU as a 6 ft 24 year old 5th year Sr. Rollins at 6'4 and 20 years old may get a few more looks but it seems like they both need to define their role on the pro level.
There’s a report going around rollins can still return because he hired an ncaa certified agent can someone confirm that??
What happens if nobody drafts him? I suppose there is a plan for that, and I assume it involves money, but I don't know.

I really don't think he's ready. As someone said above, he struggled with taller and better athletes. Those are a common commodity in the NBA. His 3 pts shot is not ready either.

Not true, per the NCAA revised rules. However, seems like in that interview he's dead set on leaving.

Surprising, better work on his long ball. Seems like a good dude, wish him the best.
While I don't think he is ready Mareon did this as well and came back I would hope Ryan will do the same.
Ugh. From front runners to just top of the pack now. Ball State should be right on our heals now.
