Cain played in a much lower junior league than Bussi did and it’s showing.

He's just not an adequate goaltender at this level. On the 4th goal, Omaha guy went top shelf and he no idea where the puck was. He looked 5 hole.

Hes not quality. But the D has also been lack luster at best

This team isn’t going to be competitive with the likes of Duluth, nodak and Denver.

Put a freshman in goal now with 13 to play.

Its not a bad thing to go through a growing season... look at what we lost after last season. The problem is to keep the group positive and grow them.

I am more concerned that we somehow ended up where we had so many contributors end at the same time... without back filling the talent.

Gotta wonder now if Rueschoff and Samuelsson regretted their decisions leaving early.

I know they won’t regret their nice paycheck they got but they may not play competitive games in over a year, that has to be tough

You cant pin this on Cain... This entire game the defense has been laying him out to dry... We have looked like unpolished, young, and small this entire game... But what do you expect. We ARE young, small and unpolished.

After this game disaster I’m still looking fwd to a Sunday midday game against the number one team in country (during covid lockdown), I might even order some Hugo’s market
