Aside from his battle, he coaches these players the right way. One thing you have never said about ODU, is that they don't give effort. And that's the biggest indicator of coaching. Thank you Jeff. You're the man.

There were many moments this year that I thought it was going to be the same poor results. Props to Jeff Jones for getting a championship. He doesn’t have that hanging over him any longer.

I haven't had many positive things to say about Jeff Jones since he was hired but today I will offer heartfelt thanks and congratulations for a job done. We are the Champions!

I'm usually critical, but that was a heck of a coaching job solving the BJ double team and coaching up X to exploit it in the last 5 games.

Proud of Coach Jones and the Monarchs. Still not convinced JJ is the guy for years to come, but he sure was the right guy for this season. Im so happy for him and the team. They deserved this championship and JJ deserves to stick around a little longer as coach.

I am happy for a good man. This mattered greatly to him, and pleased to see Coach Jones have a moment like this.
