I don’t ever want to hear another State fan complain about the refs, ever

Agreed. Neither team looked like a tourney team.

You expected them to? You are talking about 2 teams that had 2 Q1 wins combined before today, despite playing a full ACC schedule.

I expect the ACC to be favored every time there is a dollar to be made by the NCAA. For example, see Syracuse (pick from any number of years in recent memory where they were on the bubble).

I'm a Cuse fan and have questioned there selection a few times, that said, every time i've questioned it, they have went on a run
Being favored for selection and looking like a tournament team are completely different discussions. My comment was did anyone really expect them to look like a tournament team, not whether they will make it with the inherent biases towards power conferences.

This is true. But I don’t remember a ‘Cuse team scoring 24 points in a full game on 17% shooting in those seasons either. And I can’t speak on Clemson but in the few games I’ve seen them this year, there are some wholly more deserving mid-majors out there. My main point is, when the selection committee is involved the almighty dollar reigns supreme.

This right here. NCSU’s entire resume combined with the game that they scored a total of 24 pats in on 17% shooting shouldn’t have them anywhere near selection.

And no, I don’t think anyone expected them to look like a tournament team.

State is shooting 11-31 (.355) from the field, including 1-10 from 3.

Clemson is shooting 16-31 (.516), including 8-13 (.615) from 3.

Ouch. Clemson fans are going to get restless. 1-3 against Kevin Keatts.

Fixed that for you.

That’s a one game sample this season against a less than impressive Clemson team. Let’s hold off on the heaping praise until we see the remaining ACC tourney results. Lol. So far as the head coach of NCSU he hasn’t won jack or squat.

He went 9-9 in ACC play. What a winner.

And just wow that you're taking this opportunity to rip on Brownell. You suck bro.

It’s NC State. His best hope (and theirs) to win anything noteworthy rests upon his coaching career for the pack outliving Roy and K. But rest assured, as quickly as Wolfpack fans will turn on Keatts, he will just as quickly leave them high and dry for greener pastures.

If he doesn’t hurry up and fix that 9-9... there aren’t greener pastures waiting. Agree on longevity being his only ticket to success in the ACC. He’s gonna have to hope both those schools squarely kiss on hiring replacements. UNC has shown an ability to rebound from a majorly successful coach (albeit a few hires later), Duke hasn’t (Nor the opportunity to attempt).

You've proven not to have any sense of humor when it comes to Kevin Keatts. Why start now?
