How good is this catfish? Rivals has him rated #122 5'11.... Does Wiseman make him look good or can he really ball?

Looks like dumb ole me was RIGHT again.

Like I say, y'all keep being geniuses and I'll keep being right.

You were right. I was right. Saluki was right. As were others in this thread.

And GP and Jeff Goodman were wrong. GP is wrong a lot.

This one was for the dude that making fun of me saying FACT about Lomax being at Memphis 2018.

But you were the genius on another matter and I was right on that one too.

Maybe two matters.

Going make it a trifecta when the Griz grab the number one overall pick AND keep Tyreke Evans.

No bout a doubt it.

He has just won the “Mr. Basketball” of Tennessee award for his classification two years in a row, as well as state championships and then had numerous division I offers to play at high level schools. I am sure he can barely dribble.

Most importantly, he’d walk through fire for Penny Hardaway. That makes up for a few spots in the “rankings” for sure.

Lomax is a glue guy....the kind of 4 year guy you need to build a program. He's got that dog in him...plays 110% all the time. Very high bball IQ.
Great article on the Lomax/Penny relationship

Still seems unlikely. No recent rumors, plus he and the staff have been hitting the recruiting trail looking for replacement PGs.

Wonder if Tyler Harris heads to Wichita St now ?

Not really, tyler can play both guard positions.

Tyler played off the ball a lot at Cordova. And they would run him through picks to get him open.

Bet Harris ends up at Baylor now. They are saying he can play 30 minutes at PG, and he wouldn't have to share the ball. Probably Scott Drew BS, but won't matter after he signs the LOI.

It will be interesting with Simons hanging out there...surely we don’t get Harris and Simons?
And we are off. Smart move by Marshall.

In penny we trust. He will work that out.
03-lmfao I love all these people that know so much.
Great news and this is only the start!

World's smallest backcourt? Not sure you can get by on the defensive end with two guards under 5'10".

Dude, many of us were right on this way before you checked-in on the matter.

It is fun looking back on it now. Very rarely do we have the satisfaction of a debate resolving itself this quickly and clearly right before our eyes. And to have it break in our favor. Icing on a good cake day.
So much good stuff out today. One thing I just caught on the MG and GC podcast that got buried is...A bunch of former NBA PG's have been in contact with Penny about hosting a PG camp here this summer. Stuff like this is what Penny's people have been working on, and why he is always successful, and why he will be successful here.
What if Marshall wasn’t being classy and just felt like he had no choice whatsoever ?

He recognized there was no other ending where anyone wins. Especially him. So he wanted to do the "right thing". That in itself makes it a classy move.

I hadn't heard GP say Lomax wouldn't come, but I thought I remembered some saying that was another dimwitted thing Goodman was saying. I hope people are trolling The Chin about that on twitter.

I thought the same thing but I do recall Texas was in the Elite 8 with Augustine and Abrams listed as 6' and 5'11 so we know they were shorter than that.

Now that is part of the reason we destroyed them but it proves that it is possible
