Thaddeus Young is still playing in the NBA and he could walk into a club or bar in Memphis and most people wouldn't know who he is.

Can you say the same for some of the other hometown legends who stayed home?

Tyler isn't as talented as Thad either. He won't be getting paid like he has. After he calls it quits professionally (maybe a few years as a backup in the league or overseas for a decade) - what's he going to do? Move to Waco and be set for life?
