Never would have guessed that. But their new coach has done a good job.

I'm not sure if we have a top 7 CUSA coach. But I hope Rob improves.
Ugh .. That is all .. 03-hissyfit

Who do you think put those players on the floor and put the ball into the hands of a freshman instead of Nick?
Earlier in the game Sullivan landed on that ODU player and smushed him like a pancake. OUCH! That must have hurt!

Nope....

Thanks for playing.

Forte tweeted a few minutes ago that his OV was going great! He looked good in the #47 uniform too.

Id still be down if he landed on me. In fact, I might have bought the farm.
I thought we played a great game tonight, and I don't put the blame on Ehsan for the loss, but I can't help but think back to that stat earlier this year that showed our record under Ehsan when we get a 10 point lead and when we don't.

I find myself rooting very hard for that 10 point lead in every game.
So the possession when we were down 2 where Scootie got stripped was set up for a Lee 3 pointer... was Lee open??? I missed it but just curious .
FIU beat Tech.

marshall up by 9 at utep 1st half.
It was evident Ehsan was trying to win the game with a three after we clanked two on critical possessions down the stretch. Sucks we couldn’t get anything to go late.
bryant had 2 turnovers in the last minute. He rarely has 2 in an entire game.
UAB hasn’t beaten any of the top teams in the conference yet.

KenPom now has UAB finishing the conference at 10-8, tied for fourth with Marshall and UTSA.

Still a chance for the 4 seed. But, UTSA & Marshall beat us already. We can even the score against Marshall.
I reviewed the possible but not called 5 second call late in the game by Bryant.

It was very close and could have gone either way. It went our way but it was not enough.
Auburn's roll is continuing beat Vandy. 68% FROM 3.

Going to be a shame when the entire season is wiped from the record books and Pearl is fired for cause.

Maybe we can pick up a transfer. If they have any that are not implicated in illegal activities.
We can beat all those team in front of us when it count ,,,,cusa tournament
2:53 left in the game, UAB up by one point(56-55), Bryant gets a defensive rebound, Perry fast breaks straight down the floor for a fast break layup, gets under the basket, tries to toss it backwards to a trailer right into the hands of an ODU player and ODU sets up a play and scores a three pointer on top of that mistake. A possible 5 point swing in the game. Perry should have....DUH....walked the ball down court, used the clock, and set up the offense, instead of being up by one point, fast breaking, and trying to go for the kill with two and a half minutes left in the game. I love his enthusiasm....but, closing out on a win takes just as much talent(between the ears) as it does physical talent.

It is games like that one last night that helps them get more prepared for the tournament. Close games are much more strategic.
