Looking forward to the road trip next Saturday night. I hope we can take a good crowd and take over Kaplan like the old days.

I have work but I think I'll be off n time to make that drive. Never been to a basketball game at William and Mary. Tickets shouldn't be too bad

I have been to Kaplan Arena for an ODU game, but it's been several years. I will be there next Sat.

I've actually never been to an away game, and I'm thinking about going on this one. Any tips? Do you buy the tickets from the ODU box office or from W&M?

You should be able to walk up and buy them at the game. We always have. There is generally a strong ODU presence there. Unfortunately, we will be on our way to Miami, so we will miss this one.

I've bought them from W&M in the past, but I've often looked for discounts. I remember a few years ago buying group tickets for like half the price and then distributing them to ODU fans. I can't seem to find group info on their website now. Also, I seem to remember there used to be a discount in those Entertainment books.

Going to grad school at W&M now, but will be going to this one in all blue.

We always seem to have a hard time with W&M at Kaplan for some reason. I've seen us play below our abilities on numerous occasions there.

When is the last time we won there? I'm tired of leaving that arena with my tail tucked between my legs and avoiding eye contact with W&M fans.

We've taken better teams to WM and came home with a lost. JJ called it a very important game, team should be ready.

I think we win this time. WM is down this year. The real turd game of the OOC is going to be @Fairfield. That game has turd written all over it. They are actually a pretty good team we have to play on the road over the holiday break, we'll have a good record and be complacent because of the name on their jersey.

Since this game is on Saturday, there should be plenty of time to "pre-game". Anyone know of any organized events? ODAF doing anything?

I fondly remember the RV tailgate in the WM Hall parking lot a few years back.

And I just realized I will be out of town. I seem to have forgotten Thanksgiving is this week! My brain is a little off the past few days

It's a little sad we need to hope for a win at W&M, and if we don't, I am ready for the ensuing meltdowns. But they were picked to finish 8th in the CAA. If we don't win there... it's a mental problem.

We have not won there since 2/8/2012. We have not beat them since 12/22/2014 at the TED. I think that changes this year!!!

Saturday is a big ODU Sports day. Beating MTSU & W&M!!!

I hope you are right. I didn't necessarily mean I think we will play well (it would be nice to play well at W&M Hall). I do, however, think that we are good enough this year and W&M is bad enough this year that we will win the game regardless of how well we play. I will be there with my son.

That Princeton offense they run, can make you look downright stupid at times. I hate getting caught looking at a backdoor cut.

^ know what you mean, but watching the back door cut is a thing of beauty. I always enjoy watching W&M play, just not the results.
