ESPN is reporting that the Bills have cut Junior Sylvestre.
Kareem Hunt selected as one of 40 rookies to participate in something called Rookie Premier. Not completely sure what this is, but it appears to be a gathering where NFL corporate sponsors can meet and interact with "professional football's most promising and marketable young stars".

Report on twitter that Corey Jones has signed with the BC Lions, joining Nick Moore there.
Also on twitter, reports that Bruce Gradkowski and Lance Moore both participated in the NFL's Broadcasting Boot Camp this week. Supposedly a crash course for former players to prepare them for careers in broadcasting. Wonder if this signals Bruce is hanging up the cleats.

Nope, at least he hasn't ever officially announced it. Was injured last year and cut by the Steelers, so still officially a free agent.

Report on twitter (by his agent) that Ruben Carter has been signed by the Dallas Cowboys. Can't yet find a story to confirm. Quite a thing to go from being cut by Calgary to signing with Dallas.
Also, can finally confirm Corey Jones was signed by BC.
