I think Ben might fall to 4th thanks to Matt Stafford and Phillip Rivers.
Wonder if Hunt had any incentives in his contract.

That's really bad news.

Word going around now is that he overslept and missed a team meeting the day before the game. So, not really as bad as it could have been.
Outstanding work by Kareem! That’s the way to make an impact act as a rookie! Nice to see Kern getting some recognition, too—haven’t had a punter like him in quite awhile.

Oh, well that's no so bad then. At least he didn't get fired. 03-wink
Hunt talked his way into winning the rushing title.

Kareem finished with 1327 yards rushing, 455 yards receiving for 1782 total. As far as I know, this is the best performance by a former Rocket in history. Chester Taylor had 1216 rush/288 rec/1504 total in 2006. Lance Moore have 1041 receiving in 2012. If you include passing yards, Bruce slightly edges him out in 2006 with 1661 pass/161 rush/1822 total, but that falls under total offense, not all-purpose yards.

And Storm Norton & Rodney Adams on the Vikings practice squad, and Bernard Reedy on the Pats practice squad.
Also see today that the Lions signed Rolan Milligan to a futures contract.

Triplett did well in an early era but in terms of raw numbers no one has matched Kareem.
Reportedly the Pats have released Bernard Reedy from the practice squad. Wow, that sucks, right before the playoffs start.

And I see he just got his first football card released ... in a Bucs uniform ... but still.

yeah, been a roller coaster for Reedy but happy that his perseverance paid off and he got to be on the field this NFL season. He was among the league leaders in punt return avg and didn't lose any fumbles on the year so he has something to build on for the future. The NFL is tough on marginal players, so, he might not play again, but he fulfilled a dream and should at least be in the mix in an NFL camp next year.
Associated Press has announced its choices for All-Pro. Brett Kern named to the second team. But (unless my eyes are failing me again) Kareem wasn't first or second team.

Why would you think the league’s leading rusher and number two ypc guy would be All-Pro or that the league leading punter would be first team?

Yeah. What could I possibly have been thinking about?

Get it together, Dude!
What's the deal with Bell being both 1st and 2nd team? How ridiculous.
I hope Roberts can get it together. I was surprised he wasn't a bigger part of the offense this year.
