Remember when the media would remind us of the civilian life cost from Obama's "kinetic military action"?
I don't either.

Only 4? That would be an incredibly good result.

Well that's according to the Syrian government. According to people at the hospital no civilians were seriously injured.

CNN gets called out again:

It's not that I think Sciutto is incapable of good reporting, but asking me to choose between Devin Nunes asserting on record he's seen abuses of power, and Sciutto first dismissing Nunes out of hand and later refuting Nunes with anonymous sources making subjective claims, well, that isn't much of a choice at all. CNN provides zero new facts, and no source is on record and available for other reporters to question. Maybe more evidence will emerge later to vindicate CNN's reporting here. For now there is very little there there, and what there happens to be there, is little more than a convenient story for congressional Democrats to attack Nunes with:

Sciutto could actually be caught up in this himself as he used to work for the Obama administration.
Kid mouths "fake news" in the background of CNN's shot and points at Trump's whipping boy, Very Fake News Jim Acosta. Gen Z is so red-pilled!

Hilarious. Lmao

Fake news on grand jury.

"...The site had its most significant exposure yet this week. As confusion swirled in Washington Wednesday following Trump’s firing of Comey, Democratic Massachusetts Senator Ed Markey went on CNN to make an explosive claim: A grand jury had been empaneled in New York to investigate Trump’s ties to Russia. (Another grand jury investigation, in Virginia, has been reported by CNN.)
Among the outlets that eagerly picked up the news were the Palmer Report and the Twitter feed of Louise Mensch, who has accused hundreds of people of being Russian agents, often with no evidence.
And what were Markey’s sources for this alarming claim? According to a Guardian reporter and the Daily Caller, none other than the Palmer Report and Mensch themselves. Hours after making the claim, Markey was forced to apologize for spreading unsubstantiated information, and, through a spokesman, to reveal that he had no direct knowledge of any New York investigation...."

Does not matter if it was wrong because it's true...100% truth. If you asked 100 CNN watchers 95 of them only remember being told President Trump fired Comey because there's a grand jury investigation on Trump and his ties to Russia.

That is what CNN and other bank on today...SOUND BITE

I bet you could put a article on Yahoo or CNN with the title "New info leaked from Congress. Trump will get indited for his connections with Russia"

then put in the article Trump had a doorman that was Russian and he lived in a shoe with his wife and 14 kids. Then go on to tell nursery rhymes...

over 75% would run with the head lines

People do not care about anything but sound bites and head lines and these rags know that. That's why you get people like we have on this board.

Yep. There have been studies done on this. The newspapers know it. It's VERY easy to tell what agenda they are pushing by scanning the headlines. Most people are stupid so that doesn't help either.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-...34d460a21d

Quote:So, roughly six in 10 people acknowledge that they have done nothing more than read news headlines in the past week. And, in truth, that number is almost certainly higher than that, since plenty of people won't want to admit to just being headline-gazers but, in fact, are.

Quote:By now, everyone knows that a headline determines how many people will read a piece, particularly in this era of social media. But, more interesting, a headline changes the way people read an article and the way they remember it. The headline frames the rest of the experience.
....
Psychologists have long known that first impressions really do matter—what we see, hear, feel, or experience in our first encounter with something colors how we process the rest of it. Articles are no exception. And just as people can manage the impression that they make through their choice of attire, so, too, can the crafting of the headline subtly shift the perception of the text that follows. By drawing attention to certain details or facts, a headline can affect what existing knowledge is activated in your head. By its choice of phrasing, a headline can influence your mindset as you read so that you later recall details that coincide with what you were expecting.

Here's one specific to slate. They actually admit that most people don't get through the whole article. This is based on "scroll depth".

It's actually kind of amazing that some of these sources would even allow a story like this to run. Of course, most people aren't going to read it all.

The irony. Yes, this board is full of nuts. Don't pretend like Trump isn't doing the same thing. Anytime Trump gets on Twitter and accuses an Obama official of a crime, Trumpbots run with it like it's the gospel truth. Facts be damned. In his world, he tells no lies, and he's the only one who can be trusted. Atleast these guys admit when they F up. Ted Cruz is a Tea Party Candidate, and they throw millions behind him to be elected.

http://www.newsweek.com/2016/10/07/charl...03496.html

They don't like Donald Trump. Marco Rubio is also finance by Koch Brothers as well.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/eric-zuess...36722.html

Tea Party was being build up around 2002 by the Koch Brothers which did not came about until when Obama went into office. They wanted to reshaped the Republican party into the Ted Cruz brand type of leaders. It was more of a hostile take over of the Republican party.

So your answer is "George Soros paid me 5 figures to bless you with all these alternative facts"?

Koch brothers could say to the Tea Party people that they helped with this, "You either impeached Trump, or we will fund somebody else to removed you from office so that they will do our bidden to impeached Trump."

Other words, those Republicans would will listen and will vote with the Democrats to impeached Trump before the end of the year.

Soros did not like Obama either. He was pissed that Hillary lost to Obama.

uh, say what?

Example?
03-lmfao broke a longstanding habit of not clicking on anything CNN today...literally their top 6 stories this morning were all on Trump and if that wasn't enough, story #7 was an op ed calling for an independent prosecutor. It's the Trump channel now. The kooks that like CNN must be slobbing this up in the marketing analysis.

They are still all in on the TDS. Bless their souls.

That was where I got virtually all my TV news. Gave up on ABC/NBC/CBS long ago. Was never a Fox watcher. But CNN has become just unwatchable.
http://www.mrctv.org/blog/cnn-terrorism-...false-flag

CNN: Terror attack could be some kind of false flag.
Not sure if CNN started this one, but they ran with it before backing off-claiming Trump's lawyer was coordinating with the Russians in Prague.

http://dailycaller.com/2017/01/11/govt-s...in-prague/

“I’m telling you emphatically that I’ve not been to Prague, I’ve never been to Czech [Republic], I’ve not been to Russia,” Cohen told The Atlantic in response to the report Tuesday. “The story is completely inaccurate, it is fake news meant to malign Mr. Trump.”
Cohen said that he was visiting the University of Southern California with his son and met the university’s baseball coach. A USC baseball source then confirmed to The Atlantic that Cohen and his son visited USC Aug. 29. Cohen claimed he was at the university from Aug. 23 – 29, and spent the rest of the month in New York. Cohen’s only claimed travel to the European Union that summer was a July vacation to Italy.
