Holy crap!!! Got to give credit where it's due. Rough year for practically everyone else. Pac 12 Started with 7 now down to one pending Oregon.
it's going to get a whole lot tougher for them.. Instead of PC, Butler, Wichita, SF Austin, Yale, and Mid Tennessee, looking at Indiana, Iowa St, Nova, Xavier, Oregon, and Gonzaga. They've had a great start, but they benefitted more than any other conference from the carnage the 1st 2 days.
They still were 6-1 after the first round when the big 12 and Pac 12 wet the bed

Meanwhile in the 502 a certain program is on a self imposed ban for being idiots...03-banghead

On the bright side...Louisville can look forward to 2016-2017 according to Kenpom:

College basketball metrics guru Ken Pomeroy tested his algorithm on Saturday night and came up with some surprising results.

Assuming each player projected to be a first-round pick in the NBA Draft by Draft Express goes pro - and everyone else returns - Pomeroy ran his projections and came out with Louisville at the top of his preseason efficiency rankings.

Was there any doubt? ACC still the best
as long as they don't go 0-6 next weekend, they're fine. but they haven't played much yet. Providence and Butler were decent- but they had to go up against the top 2 teams. Everyone else got upset in their way(not the ACC's fault but still).

According to ESpin it was the Big XII as the best...05-nono

Even if we go 0-6 next weekend this is a historic season. It has never been done before. 6 teams from one conference in the sweet sixteen. Hope we are not done and I hate that my team couldn't be directly involved in gaining wins and credits. No matter what happens next weekend, this has never happened before. You can hate it, but you have to accept it.

If you go 0-6 it would totally get diminished..

Only to the * seekers.
I'm sure you'll find one for the ACC
if you think that people wouldn't mention the luck the ACC had this weekend if the ACC goes 0-6 I think you're beyond hope.

That is the difference between immediate reaction and historical perspective. The ACC has made history tonight. Thank you Syracuse!04-rock
How was it luck again? Fans of football first conferences don't understand the concept of survive and advance. They want bias to determine who gets what like in football. They believe everything ESPN pushes.

Believing in manipulated rpi conference rankings and thinking it resonates in ncaa tournament success is causing much of this confusion.

Football conference fans want to separate from the "non-power five" so they won't have these upsets.

As the saying goes, you sharpen steel with steel.

so it wasn't luck that they saw-
Yale instead of Baylor
Mid Tennessee instead of Mich St
even
SF Austin instead of West Virginia

The ACC was beneficiary of 3 of the 5 biggest upsets in the tourney. I'd say that's pretty lucky.

Stever would rather climb a light pole and sit on his nut-sack than to ever give the ACC credit for anything.

Good thing 6 of 7 ACC teams won their first game to position themselves for all this luck
the ACC's grade right now is incomplete. If they go out and do anything next weekend, they're going to get a ton of credit. If they go out and crap all over themselves, it's going to be different. Big 12 could have 3 teams in the elite 8- should be favored in all 3 games they have.

If the big 12 is favored in all 3 games, wouldn't that be "luck" too?
