He's so frustrating to watch because he is so damn good, he just gets careless from time to time. I'm really hoping Watts develops and starts at the point, and we can shift Frazier off. Watts will gain more confidence with minutes, and finally run the offense rather than playing a bit timid in my opinion.

I didn't love the schedule when it came out, but Haase was trying to get his guys some wins. He really didn't know what he had this year, and I'm okay with what he did. A few more road games would have been nice, but it is what it is. I never really thought this was our year to make a run at the tournament, but we've been a lot better than I expected. We just need to learn from our mistakes and go onto the next one. We have a great chance to rack up some conference wins before we play USM.

That isn't what he said but if you were able to extract that from his statement then maybe you could tutor him.

(01-12-2014 11:59 AM)The Answer UAB Wrote: [ -> ]Lol I'm not blaming Frazier... If he scored at his average of 18 this one would've been a blowout. He was huge, even with the TOs, last night. If someone is not all sunshine and lollipops certain ignoramuses take it as I'm blaming the loss on one individual player.

He has a well known, glaring flaw in his game. I just pointed it out. Our bazillion TOs and relatively weak D did us in. I posit that if we play a primary ball handler WITH Frazier, he could be even better. He's not a PG, and I don't think he's going to develop into one. Watts played well last night. I think he should get more ofmamchance to run the O with Frazier focusing solely on scoring. Perhaps even Swing should get a few minutes as the primary ball handler?

Mehinti needs to play more.

Ignoramuses? Here is some advice for you, work on your vocabulary and communication skills so that you can convey your thoughts in a clear and concise manner, so that what you type is what you mean. I shouldn't blame you though, I should blame the people that have mentored you. LOL 05-stirthepot

Yes. The plural form of ignoramus is ignoramuses, you ignoramus.

I commented on a deficiency of one player, while still complimenting his overall game. Chad Frazier is a great player. however, he turns the ball over a ton. His season stats bear this out. He turned it over a ton yet again last night. even though chad Frazier turns the ball over a ton, he is still a great player.

He's the best player UAB has fielded in a while. He's going to be nitpicked.

Please show me where I blamed the loss on one player, you idiot.

If you can show me where I said, "we lost to MTSU, solely and only because of chad Frazier," I'll gladly admit I was wrong.

I went to UAB, so if you're going to make fun of the people who "mentored" me, you're making an indictment of your own university.

Like I said, work on your vocabulary, you mental midget. The University of Alabama at Birmingham didn't raise you, they were charged with educating you but apparently they failed. Your foundation in education should have been established 18 years prior to your arrival on campus. But if you chose to blame UAB, go ahead, but I would say that the 18 years that you spent at home supersedes the 4-10 that you spent at UAB.
Dear Lord let it go guys. Come on. Why are we trying to tear each other apart all the time? I'm not saying sit around a camp fire and sing Kum Bi Ya but let's all try and be a little nicer to each other. I don't like the direction the board has been going and we have been trying to tone things down and clean things up.
Someone's crying Lord...

What the hell is your problem lately? You are picking fights with everybody on this board and putting words in everybody else's mouth. Maybe you should read, and not read into, everything that is written here.

Message Board 101: when your point is disproven or you look like an idiot, insult the other person's grammar or spelling. Well played.

1. I'm still waiting on you to show me where I said frazier caused us to lose the game.

2. Please point out where my vocabulary was incorrect.

3. I don't know what your so mad about, but you need to STFU and mind your own business.

4. Who, exactly, is the mental midget again?

I'd be glad to, but this fool clearly and flagrantly attacked me for no reason. What he said was completely uncalled for, not to mention wrong.

Disclaimer: I don't care about this whole debate (and really haven't read it)...just thought it was ironic and humorous
"Humorous" - Is that the bone of the upper arm connected to the "funny bone"?
