I agree that it will take a tournament championship to get to the Big Dance. This was a game we had to have.

I think there are some who would say that even if we finished the regular season undefeated.
That loss is sickening tho. To play as bad as we did only to give me hope then lose.

Just looking at the conference- this is a one bid league. CUSA will be lucky to have a team higher than a 12 seed.
Tough loss. We have a lot to work on, but heart isn't one of them.
Interior D sucked tonight. Defending the 3 sucked tonight. Situational awareness sucked tonight. Up 82-79 and you let one the best shooters shoot a wide open 3. Then MTSU had 3 players on the court with 4 fouls. Instead of going to the hole, they passively get it across halfcourt and look absolutely scared to do anything.

Disappointed? Yes Despairing? Not yet 0-1 in conference is the same standing (the lower half) as half the conference teams after their first game. We just need to be in the upper half (the winning half) more often this season starting with the next game. GO BLAZERS!!!!!!!!!.
