Yes you can. But, the problem was that his knees were on the endzone. I'm surprised somebody from UC didn't say something.

No kidding, hate the play call. If they're going to run it, do it straight on instead of off tackle. He never had a chance.
coop thats what im saying...in fact he was laying halfway in endzone. maybe we have rule wrong, but i cant believe there was no challenge
