You don't have to be athletic to be successful if you're smart enough. Honestly, instead of having him in the post i'd almost prefer to hit him at the elbow or outside of the block and run a clear out so that he can see where he is on the floor.

He takes so much time trying to get to his spot. Maybe facing up can free him up to just attack

I haven't seen a 3 seconds call all year. Uc has 2 this half. One 2 seconds after Newman grabbed a rebound

It looked like he had a foot out of the paint the whole time as well.

Newman actually got lucky he wasn't called for offensive foul. You can't just lower your shoulder and push people off of you.
