Me personally, I have seen the dress code relaxed at my previous and current job. One was a small company and the other was large. corporation

You are the one being intentionally dense. The point of the thread is that the same rules still apply to visitors. Its so very Democratic Party of them.

No I think most dress codes are a crock of ****. That changes as generations pass and clothes evolve. We don’t see any of you self righteous arses adhering to the Victorian fashion do we?

Sure. And if the situation was reversed, you would be against it.

Nope. I just want Congress to do their job and drop the dramatics. Has all the suit wearing helped that? Nope, not by a long shot. Maybe if they all had a pajama party they could calm down and get some good work done.

Appears some of y’all are making diamonds. The founding fathers were largely unbathed, wore wigs and hose while legislating. What are the chances today they would be kicked out for being “drag queens”?

Not a single word of what I said had anything to do with how you responded.

I didn't say I was for or against it. All I said was if it was a Repub instead of a Dem, you would be against relaxing the dress code.

In several years on here, not once have you ever criticized a Dem or approved of anything a Repub said. That's a point that has nothing to do with the argument you made in response.

Do you even read the replies before you respond?

You think I would care if some on the GOP side dressed casual.

Where in this thread did I even mention party? I think in the vast majority of my posts I don’t mention parties because I am not a member of either. Fiscally conservative and socially liberal so which party should I join? I use they/them to refer to Congress as a whole. That must be scary for some here.

Do I dislike the GOP more right now. Yes, because they have abandoned their ideals and have left the social conservative alt right maniacs in charge. I don’t care what our Reps and Sens wear but I want them all to do their job. We need Legislation that helps people instead of just bickering at each other.

Is it me who is being one side or the others in this thread or others that go after politicians on either side because of the physical appearance or their clothes?

This board is much more right leaning take the first page of posts…how many are pro GOP vs Dem. It is not even close
