That explains her response to the report.
Personally, I do believe an institution of higher learning should prioritize academics. For example, attaining R1 classification was a huge win and point of pride. Accusing the State Board of Regents of subterfuge is pretty extreme. What evidence have you seen to support that, and how exactly would it benefit the State to destroy a school's athletics program?
If you weren’t aware of it in 2008 or since, I am not going to educate you now. I’m not saying academics aren’t the primary drive for a university, but she was anti-athletics and proud of it.
I'm not sure she was anti-athletics, I just don't think she cared and just let RC handle it. Probably the reason that the finances were such a mess when Bowen was hired.

Sounds like speculative nonsense, but everyone is entitled to their opinions.
Still trolling? Such micro-p energy from you. Living rent free in that emotionally damaged brain of yours...priceless.
Our entire fanbase has been carrying the memory of the Heery Report fiasco around for well more than a decade, while you admit that you don't have a clue what it is or about anything going on back then.
Now you are the clown savant, quoting Raines and telling us that everything is apparently make believe.
The entire board is laughing at how dumb you are. Even the dumbest clown wouldn't quote Raines.

I get that. My view is if other schools "deal with it" then it shouldn't be an issue for us to deal with it. Arkansas has around 63% more parking on campus while their stadium would have 90% more capacity than a 40k OCS.
Like I mentioned earlier Syracuse has been my main comparison. They have a similar enrollment and their practice facilities are separate from the main campus. The Carrier Dome now JMA Wireless Dome seats 49k and takes up under eight acres of space. I made a comparison in this thread.

Absolute insanity. You desperately need medication and intensive counseling. Seems this place is your only source of self-esteem. Tip: if you get out more and step away from your computer, maybe you can work through your unresolved anger management challenges.

From what I've read, for the Tigers, parking wouldn't be a challenge for all of the games. Attendance would certainly fluctuate on a per opponent basis.

Adding more parking to the university would be good for everyone. That's a win-win.

Good thing your opinion is as meaningless as anyone else's in the grand scheme of things. Just dropping in to add to the noise, apparently.

No idea what the Heery Report is, didn't care about football in 2008. Shirley Raines is posting.

Nah, based on your moobs, it's more likely that you're Shirley Raines; but you're correct about two things: I couldn't care less about Tigers football in 2008 and today was the first time I read the actual Heery Report.

So, the lesson for today is don’t come here lecturing those of us that lived through that shitstorm about it if you don’t even know what it was.
Class dismissed!
