This is probably the best East Carolina team we've faced since playing in the American. They also had their off-week prior so extra time to prepare for us. That said, we know we play tough at home but at night is even better. We keep waiting to see a complete game from our team...is this the week?

I'll be making the trip down from Dayton... bringing a couple more with me. Hoping this is finally "the week" we see the Bearcats open the doors on offense and find a way to get the Bearcats D off the field on 3rd downs

You SOB. Only UC bet I through down this year on Bearcats was UC against SMU since I was at the game. Free money all game and the Bearcats hosed $500 for me.

I’m not touching em the rest of year but would caution Nip at Night. Ahlers will play game of his life or ECU will get throttled.

I'm sure Holten Ahlers has bad nightmares after his games at Nippert.

I started with off with Tulsa getting 3.5 in what I saw as a low energy trap game. Ding! I've let it ride and doubled each week since then. I'm not sure this team has it in their DNA to win comfortably against nearly anyone. ECU initially getting 6 seems like a lot but I think that will move higher as the week goes on.

I think there are still tears on the podium via Mike Houston from after the last game here.

The few times I've watched some of ECU they play very aggressive on defense. I expect UC will see a lot of blitzing by them.

Hopefully UC still practices the fake punt, when the opponent stacks nine guys on one side of the line to try and block a punt.

I hope we fake a punt up 30

A successful fake punt is great no matter what the score is.
