It was a big point of conversation by the analysts during the broadcast. It appeared Ben frequently grabbed his arm between plays so they speculated he was hurt. Chad tweeted that Ben broke open an old scan wound he first got on fall camp and that was it.
Let's hope it's something that minor. His first half passing might stand as the best I've seen from any Bearcat, especially against a B10 opponent.

I noticed the times that he got hit in the second half, he would get to his feet holding his right forearm gingerly. I hope this doesn't play out like 2019 where the qb refuses to come out of the game, and continues to play out the season while injured.

My guess is that was someone's typo...but that is just a baseline assumption given the context.
