Again, I cannot find anything more than the heat index. However, I had been monitoring both the heat and the humidity at the time because I play golf on Fridays. Did so the day before the game. It was hot and humid.

Snapdragon is about 7 miles inland from the coast. Coastal breezes go through that up to my home. Normal temps would be in the 77-80 degree range for this time of year. The temps reported were much higher, somewhere between 98 and 100. These temps are well out of normal range. As for humidity, I am just reporting the 67% that was reported the day before when I checked the weather before playing golf. I play golf some 15-20 miles inland of Snapdragon stadium.

Please stop the SDSU. No one else wants them!

Curious, What was the heat index reported for game day? So far I have just seen temps when I looked.

When the temps go up, usually the relative humidity will have dropped without some major additional water such as heavy rain. I believe normal relative humidity is 60% range for San Diego. I am used to high humidity, but those that are not can often have a harder reaction such as at a game.

On a similar note, UCLA's stadium was empty. I think announced attendance was around 27K or so, but it looked like literally half of that on TV.

And it was probably hotter at the Rose Garden than in San Diego. Add to that, it ain't like Pasadena is a couple of miles away from the UCLA campus. It's more like 45 mins away from campus. What UCLA need desperately is a OCS.

Unlikely UCLA getting stadium anytime soon. They are a financial mess, that will take a long time to clean up in the big, and never will be cleaned in the PAC.
If the PAC forces them to stay, I think long term that is worse for the PAC then them leaving.
