Beat Ole Miss that year holding them to 10 points with Coral as the QB. All that kept them from going undefeated was a terrible reversal call to end the game at Temple. We would have had a chip shot FG at the very least to win it with one of the best field goal kickers in the country.

People also forget we were only down 2 pts to Penn State well into the fourth qtr. The great Micah Parsons played in that game against us. We scored more points against them than any team they played all year. 39 vs Ohio State who scored 17.

Let's compare 2019 Memphis vs 2020 Cincinnati who played only 9 games with 7 of them at home. They canceled road games against Temple and Tulsa. They played nobody out of conference.

I'd put 2019 Memphis against 2020 Cincinnati any day of the week.

Our 2019 was the Best ... Hands down. Our 2014 was fifth, and 2017 was sixth. Good QBs,
Great RBs and Receivers ... Best kicking teams ... Great HCs. 07-coffee3

We also beat undefeated SMU who was 8-0 on Memphis' Game Day on national tv. We had like 50k at the game.

Not having Memphis in the top 5 is criminal. Nah let's put covid Cincy who played only two games on the road the whole season ahead of a Memphis team who won 12 games. Yeah sure. Their one loss was on the road. It was the worst call in the history of the AAC. They would have finished 13-0.

Cincy would have lost to Tulsa at Tulsa arguably the best defense in the AAC that year. They might have lost to Temple too. Ducking those two road games didn't raise anyone's eyebrows? They beat Tulsa by the skin of their teeth in the championship game at UC.

Anyone who thinks Cincy didn't job the system that year is on fentanyl.

Your tin foil hat is too tight.

Stop talking to your mirror.

Love that this still causes a rash.
You got Tech this year, lets not mess that up and if you lose to Kansas, we are dropping Houston and picking up Memphis.
