17 yards per completion is impressive.
Really efficient numbers from a QB, TDs per throw is ridiculous.

Oh gosh. I will need to evacuate this site if ccu wins. You think they were insufferable before. I would expect most App fans to have that 'been there, done that' mentality, because, you know, they have. Either way, the team that wins will deserve to talk a little smack.

Reserving a few tables anywhere would be fine, but renting out the whole thing wouldn’t be a great look in that town.
The university gave CCU a spot very close to the stadium which they’ve never done for visitors.
It was a misunderstanding that a few people carried too far. I don't blame the restaurant either - once it got out of hand and the mob started to form they had no choice but to cancel.
The restaurant really was in a no win situation, but I don't see why App people got so upset over it. We have official gatherings in a lot of towns. No reason we should basically ban CCU fans from meeting anywhere in town.

I can tell you this, when yall come down here next year, I am gonna give zero ***** where y'all have a pregame alumni event at. I am not taking food out of someone's mouth literally and figuratively.

Any concern after the Marshall end game? Dowe see a repeat? Or have things been changed along the tunnel?
How bout if Coastal is poised to win, what’s the likelihood of a Tennessee trash storm, largely comprised of teal painted rubber chickens being lobed onto the sideline/field?
Just a hunch, but been there in the stands when we lost several times. Can’t imagine us winning will go over better…
Hoping it’s a great game, and all fans, both sides, enjoy it.

It had been reported that the Coastal group booked a reservation and then advertised it as an Official Event without telling the restaurant. If that is the case then I understand Ransom’s position in this. If this is erroneous then I’ll delete this post. Anyway, we’ve been hosting fans for years and have never heard of anyone being turned away.

It was advertised as an alumni event. Similar to an event hosted there 2 years ago. A few fans thought it was the restaurant sponsoring it and got upset.
But look at the tweets I posted. There are fans that are happy it was cancelled and suggesting other restaurants should “be wary” about letting Coastal host an event at their establishment. You will believe what you want but that’s not very welcoming to me.

Some App fans sure do appear to be pulling out all the stops for this one. Should be...interesting.

I honestly feel like our team will feel like every single one of these is there to support them. Nice of App to give us a home field advantage away.

I think those things are hilarious. Some of the videos I've seen on YouTube using them kill me. If the entire stadium is filled with them and they all get the noisemakers going at once, App is going to sound rediculous.
This could be something that both teams could do at opposing stadiums.

I guess if you could turn the mockery into a positive. It's all a mental game anyway. Reverse psychology. They won't know what hit them lol.

Would those rubber chickens be in violation of the NCAA artificial noisemaker policy?

Can Miss State not use cow bells anymore? I thought the policy just stated that the noise can be used before the snap, just not during a play.

Mississippi State has always been able to use their cowbells. That was an exception to the rule that was grandfathered in. Do you think fans will stop making noise with their chickens once the ball is snapped? I’m curious how loud they’ll be and if we’ll hear them on tv.

How many students will be on TV choking their chicken?
