The panel is discussing........We're higher than #21!

EDIT - We're #20 LOL.

Even though we're all barely in, 4 AAC teams in the CFP ranking is huge. And we are ranked ahead all of 'em plus Boise.

The list so far went pretty fast but I believe there are 4 AAC teams #25 to #20 - Navy, SMU, Memphis and Natti.

Clemson at #5... I called it to my wife, which means nothing here lol. But I feel good about it.

I don't know that I really disagree with where we're at...our profile is so similar to that of Wake Forest, and Iowa's two losses are by a combined 12 points to #14 and #4. Minnesota is a paper tiger who will be exposed over the next 4 weeks, so I'm not worried about them, and Kansas State has a better win then we'll get all year.

We could run the table and probably not crack the Top 10 though...that's kind of tough to think about. With that being said, if we all keep winning (Memphis, Navy, SMU, and UCF along with the Cats) this could be a paradigm shifting type season for the AAC. We could conceivably have 4 teams with 2 losses and one team with 1 loss in this conference, which would be a pretty incredible season. If that were to happen I'd have to think that we'd have 4-5 teams ranked in the final polls.

This is how bad ESPN is:

“The AAC has four teams in the rankings: No. 21 Memphis, No. 23 Boise State, No. 24 Navy and No. 25 SMU.

Boise is too high. The aac teams are reasonable but it would have been reasonable to have them higher as well. Committee will always error on lower rating for g5.

Whoever the guy is in between Herbstreit and Jesse Palmer said he thought Cincinnati would be ranked higher than #20.

Former Ohio St wide receiver Joey Galloway. He definitely gave us some love. Felt our only loss to #1 OSU and we're the last undefeated in the AAC should have us a bit higher.

The guys on ESPN twice mentioned us as Bucks best win. Twice I was like do you not see Wisco higher ranked num nuts.

Roger that. IU is about the same as beating Texas for LSU.

I'll tell you we've gotten a fair amount of play for a team ranked 20. LOL P6!!!!!!
