So some BS call in Bakersfield is the difference between finishing 7th and facing Utah Valley and finishing 5th for the Roos. That call could be the final nail in the coffin for Kareem.

If UMKC won that game would they have jumped SU? B/c they are also ahead of the Roos in the WAC standings.

New Mexico State has owned the WAC Tournament.

NMSU is 31-5 all-time in the WAC Tournament. Since 2011/2012, they are 20-1.

Let's go Wolverines. Glad they dodged Seattle. Hopefully they can get to the finals to play NMSU.

Just watched the NMSU and ChiSt post game conferences. Lance Irvin is pure class. I liked Dildy as well. I hope Irvin can turn things around for ChiSt. The players seems to really like and respect him.

Utah Valley not called for a foul in last 13:46. Very clean team. UMKC win probability at that point was 77%. Amazing how that happens. Exact same officials as last year when UMKC played GCU.

RE: Official WAC 2019 Tournament Thread
#7 seed UMKC came out strong in the 2nd half and challenged #2 seed UVU. The Roos controlled most of the 2nd period, surrendering the lead to the Green Wolverines with 2 minutes left and never got it back. The stat that most stands out is the UVU had an extra 10 points at the free throw line. The Roos line up is all juniors and sophomores and should be strong next year. (But who will be their coach?)

Unless the Roos get Kevin Durant during free agency. It does not matter as long as those same refs call the UMKC tournament games. Roos number 1 priority should pay $ to get in a conference not the Summit or the WAC. They have to leave the WAC or I won't donate at this point.
