Keep in mind that, even on a dry day, the sharp corner by old Wiess was likely to be at least damp, if not outright wet, because of the car wash ramp that was located there.

For that reason, I can't imagine that any prudent administration would ever allow it to be moved back. But to me, trooping out to a basically featureless track on the far side on HRS simply doesn't have the same atmosphere and cachet as the loop around the quad. It's the right answer, just not the same event.

This would totally work and accommodate all parties. Frees up the parking lot for the bubble AND creates a proper venue for beer bike inside HRS with the banking.
