Unsure how great of a job the Colorado football gig is. Seems like it would be appealing for recruits but they haven't been really good since the mid-90s.

My sister is a long time resident of Boulder. A green belt surrounds the city like a moat and land is scarce. Homeowners "pop the top" and expand upward rather than tearing down and rebuilding like in Nashville.

It is a hip, affluent town with thin and fit and well educated people wearing nice clothes and driving Subarus. Housekeepers, nannies, and gardeners fill the driveways by day and leave by night.

I live in Boulder. With enough money, you can build whatever you want. Will not be a problem for the new coach of Colorado.
