Yet somehow dozens of other Fleck recruits figured things out and made it through years 2, 3, and 4.

Again, don't know why that falls on Fleck.

It doesn't.

As I have thought more about this situation I have to wonder if this became an issue when the NFL carrot was first tangled in front of Beal... Once he saw the possibility of getting paid in the NFL his motivation to sit in classes dropped through the floor...

This doesn't "fall" on either Lester or Fleck.

Stop making excuses and finding someone else to blame.

This is ALL on Beal. He knew what he was getting into. He knew how to ask for the multitude of help available.

There are plenty of mistakes we may pin on Lester and Fleck, but this isn't one of them, anymore than a fumble is.

Man-up Mr. Beal. Own it and learn from it.
