RE: March Madness Thread
I hate Notre Dame.

That said, they're getting in. You watch, the committee is going to overlook a lot on order to make their case.

They have two things going for them. 1) they're in the ACC and 2) they're Notre Freakin' Dame.

They've got the profile of a 10-11 seed, but in actuality they're probably a 5-7 seed with Bozo back full strength. What do you do with them?

RE: March Madness Thread
I think Notre Dame has to beat Duke to get in. I just don't remember the committee assuming injury credit in the past. They could, but I doubt it. I have Syracuse falling out after last yesterday. I think ASU and Oklahoma hold on to spots, too strong with their nonconference resumes. Committee will give credit for full body of work. I'm still not as high on the PAC 12 teams, though I've slipped USC into my last 4 in. Utah could theoretically play themselves in as well.

RE: March Madness Thread
Already heard the committee head talk about how they have to consider Notre Dame differently because of Bozo's injury and return. They are in.

Louisville - 20-13 (9-9). Good enough to be .500 in the ACC and 20 wins - get you in ?

Even their tier 1 wins aren't great. Tier 1 and 2 record isn't that good either. I have them in right now, but they are going to be right on the cutline unless they beat Virginia today.

RE: March Madness Thread
Do they "round down" with Louisville to keep their ugly stories out of the tournament narrative?

Why are they eligible anyway?

Welcome to College Basketball where the scandals are made up and the sanctions don't matter.

Anyone access watchespn through a Spectrum cable account? The espn servers are having an issue with Spectrum- been at least 2 weeks. Of course as the madness finally gets going I'm locked out. Guess it's Wings -n-Rings for tomorrow- Beechmont.

Another skirmish involving thug u, who would've thought? Must be coincidences. XU players held in locker room after the game, not allowed out for interviews.

In fairness looked like the St J player came back to the handshake line to say something. Of course don't know what happened leading up to that.

Unbelievably dirty program. I don't think there is any question about that. The nuns just cover for them for some odd reason.

It's insane. I don't think there is a program in the country right now where these type of on court shenanigans come up as often as Xavier. Surely Mack will blame some St Johns guy from 5-10 years ago.

Yep. At some point this all goes back to their HC and reflects badly.

Mack is a punk and he recruits punks.

And of course it is always some one else's fault.

It's fully a top down culture, and it runs all the way down to their fanbase.
