How will UAB do in their next 5 regular season games?
I am going to allow 5 choices.
Please choose your best guess if you had to wager on the outcome. As if your kid or your pets life depended on it.
If you are going to vote 4-1, please explain why as most people would not deem that likely. You can be a fan and still not believe in unrealistic outcomes.
If you are going to vote 0-5 please explain yourself or everyone would and should dismiss your opinion.
Even the most pessimistic fan would not choose 0-5 I don't think.
Reminder of the games:
@ La Tech 8pm
@ USM 4pm
@ MTSU 6pm
Marshall 7pm
WKU 7pm
I voted 2-3 because I believe that is our most likely result. I hope we can go 5-0 but I would not wager on it and anyone who would does not have good sense.
I am not sure which 2 we will win but if we win the first 2, I want to change my vote ! Because it would improve our chances of not losing the last 3 straight.
I will probably just start a new poll after the Tech game win or lose.

I voted 1-4 because of what I have watched in the past games. All 5 games are going to come down to fatigue in the final minutes. Our starters are probably going to have 35+ minutes with our bench seeing limited minutes around 5-12 minutes. We may be able to squeeze one or two wins this way. However, we are not shooting the ball good at home and we are very consistent with 5-7 minute scoring droughts in first and second half.
Perhaps, coach can get it together and finish the season 5-0.

I don't think we will go 0-5, but it's a distinct possibility. We've lost bench depth and have a couple of guys banged up. We're essentially down to 7, not fully healthy, players. We also haven't been playing well recently. We haven't beaten anybody good on the road. There might be locker room turmoil with the players leaving - just speculation. Reasonably I'd predict we go 2-3 or 1-4, but wouldn't be shocked to see 0-5.
@la tech and @MTSU are almost sure fire losses.
The other games are tossups at best.

I guessed 3-2 because that is as badly as I can guess for UAB. I know we can go 4-1, but we have issues with injuries and depth cited above so I settled for 3-2. If UAB goes 2-3 or worse, I think our chances of being in the C-USA Tournament more than 2 days would be very small.

The chances of us making it past day 2 are already slim to none, and the last 5 games don't really matter

RE: How will UAB do in their next 5 regular season games?
I predicted 4-1. I simply think that this late in the season, with Cokley and Lee as Seniors, and with Sullivan experienced, as well as Darling becoming more experienced and Norton being experienced, as well, along with the addition of Perry, who is a Junior, and Bryant is one of the best Freshmen who has come along in years and something tells me that Gueye is going to, all of a sudden, start taking the ball to the rack, instead of just three point attempts and be quite effective on the defensive end, as well.
It is all a question of how much more game smart and intelligent they become in the last five games of conference play that is going to determine their destiny in the conference tournament.

My vote was a mistake, I was looking for 5-0 and clicked without paying attention! I always think we can win every game!

5-0 until we lose one. Then 4-1.

Really, tonight is a critical game, If the Blazers win this, then they can win out, if they don't, their playing to get back home and win and get to the C-usa tournament. This was suppose to be a great team, see if they react. Go Blazers. Like to wake up and see a win.
