No reason to think that they're not accurate. At Texas Southern Jalan went from being a part time player out of conference to a team leader in conference. Look at the leap that he made last year between OOC and in conference numbers:
Out of Conference: 16.7 min., 4.8 ppg, .333 FG%, .214 from 3 (9-42), .730 FT% (19-26),
In the Conference: 25.4 min., 11.4 ppg, .488 FG%, .375 from 3 (18-48), .903 FT% (65-72)

Jalan's numbers in conference at Texas Southern are similar to his ETSU performance.
This year he's made a similar though less extreme improvement in conference:
24.2 min., 11.2 ppg, .465 FG%, .130 3pt% on 0.2 makes, .735 FT%
29.4 min., 14.8 ppg, .519 FG%, .581 3pt% on 2.0 makes, .769 FT%
