Frankly, this is something that is common sense and should have been done years ago.

In my own life, I might be charitable and allow one of my relatives to move in with me for a period of time after their house burnt down, but that charity has a time limit on it. What's more I would become less charitable if the person did not make any attempts to rebuild/re-buy or alternatively tell me they like my home so much they want to buy into the mortgage (citizenship in this analogy).

I hope he sends back the Guatemalan that got drunk and totaled my truck. Last seen hiding in the shrubs.

This is a shame because if they tried to differentiate between those in this class who were productive and useful additions to society they would get sued into oblivion. Even though that is the rational solution.

The simplest alternative for an administration is to end the temporary program.
