I’ve been to it before. Generally both bands perform. Also a Pep Rally At Handy Park either before or after can’t remember . May try and get down

Yes, me and our entire tailgate group will be there for the parade and pep rally. We're treating the entire Liberty bowl experience like a out of town bowl game. Gonna be fun. GO TIGERS!!!!
