They went after that memo, announcing the date, even though they NEVER saw the memo.

CNN did the same thing. The WAPO later confessed to not having seen it, and basically printing what they were told. CNN never admitted to it.

As she said in response to the question, the reporter was fired for the false story. That sort of speaks for itself.

That aside, this is not a court of law and the White House hasn't filed charges. They're entitled to their beliefs... like Obama's 'belief' that we'd all save $2500 with the ACA. The difference is of course that there is evidence to support 'agenda' driven media. Simple math and common sense didn't support Obama's belief.
