Cool, then just jump over to the CUSA board and talk endowment with the Rice fans.
Or stick around here and whip yours out against Tulane.
Been here long enough to see endowment talked about in the last two major conference realignments and am still waiting to see it make a difference.

Apparently it can't say "conference champion."

It's not supposed to, that is called cheating. That is why you had a bowl ban and were on probation for 5 years.

We did? When was that? I recall playing in, and winning, the Fiesta Bowl in 2013. Did you close your eyes and imagine that we were actually sitting at home with a bowl ban?

I hear that UCF is hoping to open the IPF sometime in 2005. A damn shame it's taken them so long.
Personally, I think they should put that money towards an OCS, but rumor has it that it'll be built in 2007, but I doubt it!
Just sad, an IPF “planned” to open in 2005 and an OCS “planned” to open in 2007? USF and UCF spend a lot of time planning. Meanwhile, FAU and FIU have managed to build OCS!!
What does it say about a place that fau and fiu have better facilities?
Serious question from an outsider. With such a large enrollment, is UCF unable to add minut student fees to help fund athletic facilities? Especially facilities for revenue sports that are capable of benefiting the University as a whole per success/exposure on the field?
The U. of Tulsa has to fight the academia side for project dollars most Universities are happy to share wiyh athletics. I believe Tulsa had a concept for an state of art IPF before Montgomery arrived, but it seems to not be a topic today. Like most athletic facility upgrades at Tulsa, major private funding is required.
Fellow Tulsa supporters, please correct my understanding of the planned IPF, if my representation is not correct.

Sorry I was mistaken, I didn't realize you cried and got the bowl ban for football lifted . Did you guys still get the probation?

Am I nuts, or didn't USF hire David Kelly? The one, single person that was found to have committed minor violations at UCF, and was immediately fired?

lmao. The truth doesn't align with their inherent beliefs so they slowly begin to create their own reality.

UCF already has a fee students pay that goes to athletics. It is not the highest student athletic fee in Florida, but trying to raise it would create a political problem for university leadership, so it is highly unlikely to increase. Revenue from the fee does go up every year as the number of students increases.
At UCF, the money from the fee is used for yearly athletic department operational expenses, not facility projects. Any athletic facility projects at UCF are funded by donations made specifically for that facility. In the case of the two huge projects (football stadium and basketball arena) bonds were issued and repayment of those bonds comes from operational revenue generated by the stadium or arena.
