After the scrimmage on Saturday, apparently one of the players was spotted at the Gold Star on Martin Luther King Dr. A fan posted a blurry photo of the player, who was still in warmups, and a flurry of angry Tweets - which were later erased - were directed at this player by his teammates from the Skyline on Ludlow. I'm not going to name the player in question, but this wasn't a freshman who didn't understand the consequences. In my opinion, this one goes to the top. This is a player who should have known better. According to my sources, more should be coming out on this later today.
we must be awfully bored today. Quit wasting people's time with such nonsense, are ya lizznnin'?

Gold Star also has good burgers and fries which Skyline doesn't have.
1) Dixie
2) Camp Washington
3) Everything else is a wash IMO... never tried Price Hill
Skyline has fries. They've had them for years.

I always say it is because they don't wash the pots as often. You get that good stuff that builds up on the walls.

And, that place is so humid, you can feel the Skyline when you walk in the door. I have many middle of the night memories (and non-memories) of the Ludlow skyline. The food is good but so are feelings when I walk in that place. Best one in Cincy.

Same. So many wild late nights ended at the Ludlow Skyline.

The beans ruin the chili. Real chili has no beans. I will fight you all over the ensuing beans argument.

Never get beans in my Cincinnati chili but all other chili should have beans.

You can have beans and onions in the chili, but they must be prepared separately. The onions must be freshly diced and not cooked.

In both types of chili. Many Texans will tell you beans have no place in chili. It is a heavily argued topic, and i fall in the no beans in chili camp.

It's kind of funny because the whole point of chili is the beans. As a matter of fact, the type of chili with meat is known as "Chili con carne." So the logic really should be whether meat has a place in chili...especially beef.

the only place you can get chili in northside anymore is at blue jay, which is not their specialty. park chili is no mas, though my buddy is opening up a joint there. called the park
