Seems I remember Trump hiring Manafort to gain favor with the establishment. Then I think someone tipped off the Trump campaign that there was something shady about him and he was fired. A swamp monster, I bet PM has a lot of inside info on the Clinton Global Foundations pay to play. I think the CGF gave the green light to a lot of shady characters to set up similar scams, maybe Flynn, Podesta, Comey, etc? I bet there's a lot of wheeling dealing going on behind the scenes.

That's a good question. Maybe it has to do with the source of funds or dollar amount? I'm sure we will find out in the coming hours.

There was Claw, but again the point of this probe was to investigate "Russian involvement in the election". So basically Mueller and the clowns have completely wasted our time to this point.

The truth is Manafort has far deeper ties to the Podesta's and Clintons than Trump. He spent years working with the Podesta's, 3 months working for Trump.

The charges here are from 2011-2012 when Manafort was working with the Podestas on behalf of the Democrats.

The timing is suspicious at best. Seriously, why now? Only status quo that has changed revolve around Hillary/DNC/Steele/Uranium One and Mueller. Manafort likely could have been indicted months ago, but it wasn't politically expedient until now.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is the only indictment to come out of Mueller's investigation.
