He has maturity. You should try practicing it.

No Kidding, this kid (now a grown man) was a walk-on at UK. He loved Tubby when he was there and after he left. He and Jeff Sheppard always say the nicest things about Tubby.

It will happen here too. Players will respect him the same way soon.

Two of the players that Tubby recruited at TT made all Big12 team this year.
