Good point, but we do not know if any others will leave.

We have gotten through the first wave (Bond, graduation; Harris, no surprise; Nobles, no real surprise - hints have been here for a month).

I would think by now Murphy should know if anyone else is leaving. The semester is ending and players need to make their decisions known. I assume returning players will take courses in spring and summer and stay on campus.

When is deadline for hiring an agent and entering NBA draft?

See 'The deadlines' - one is today. The other is April 22. Those are two most relevant dates relevant to undergrads considering the draft.

I have NO idea if he is interested in EMU, but if someone like Corey Allen doesn't want to come home, maybe Watson can head across 23:

Watson sounds like the type of player 'stuck' behind starters and might be a good recruit if given sufficient playing time.

Had that same thought about Watson. I think he's a potentially very good MAC player.

JT4 responded to my tweet when I asked if he was coming back for his senior year?

RE: 2018/9 EMU Men's Basketball Recruiting
Keandre Cook to Wichita State. Too bad. Has a silky smooth shot.

Don't know what this means. Cook simply selected Wichita. Or we are saving a scholarship for Corey Allen, hoping he comes.

Or PJ moves to SG and our biggest need is SF, not SG.

All of the above. None of the above. We won't really know until the 'dust settles' on 2018 recruiting.

We may be close to offering but for right now for the Class of 2019 we apparently have interest in prep player Caleb Burgess

This story, tragic story, kind of flew under the radar here. Search for 'Eastern Michigan".

Reading between the tea leaves here, that means we have someone for our last scholarship who will be eligible for next year and probably sign prior to mid May. We may be waiting on some JUCO transcripts and classes so we don't need up with another LWH situation.

Disappointing since Corey was the type of player we need to keep going in the right direction......

Bummer. There was no vibes on him in weeks (that UDM fan board isn't very reliable) except that he visited Ga. State where his fmr. coach (or the HC he signed to play for is) so I assumed nothing good was happening for us.

We just offered David Wingett a 6'7 185 wing from a prep school in Nebraska (we had previously offered two other Omaha prepsters).
