Players can be complicit or victims in these things. Remember Albert Means? It's not clear to us right now what some of these recruits knew. Tubby could talk to him, the family, and even the NCAA to decide whether to go after him or not. If he's convinced the kid is clean, I would welcome him.

I'm thinking Kansas is in that near-untouchable category apparently like UNC, despite the obvious guilt at UNC. But then again that is NCAA-related, not sure any involved schools can beat an FBI indictment, if it comes.
