I moved to New Orleans in the early 70s. Back in those days the Times-Picayune would publish a paper hurricane chart showing the Gulf and the Atlantic with latitude and longitude which you clipped out. The only way you could track the storms was by listening to local TV updates every few hours and plotting the lat and long yourself by pencil.

3. We keep our late season bye week

Adv of being postponed:
1. We can heal our defense
2. We would have 2 weeks to prepare for UCLA
3. UCF may cool off as the season progresses

Thoughts?

Only correction is that we won't have 2 weeks to prepare. We won't know of any postponement until this week's practice is finished.

Got family in Cape Canaveral. Mom used to live in Cocoa Beach, but moved to Merritt Island, still right near the beach.

Told everyone to leave after it passes Puerto Rico.

Irma is so big, she will trash the entire state of Fla.
Must leave state, and go inland.

Yeah. When they first changed the game to Friday and kept it in Orlando, I thought it was a good idea. Now I'm beginning to wonder.
