What expectation of privacy could hillary have in something that is a public record? Especially so in light of the fact that she was secretary of state and a presidential candidate. I would think the answer would be none.

Comey wasn't even there for the "interview" , it was certainly no interrogation.

My question on this decision- is it trying to claim a lack of interest from the public (whoever that is), or that releasing the Docs isn't in the Public's (whatever that is) interest, somehow?

Two different things and I kind of got a tinge of each from that article.
