RE: Massey Composite Pre-season Rankings
I think Memphis should be closer to Houston, but otherwise it appears to be a reasonable pre-season prediction.

25 South Florida
34 Houston
49 Memphis
52 Tulsa
54 Temple
55 Navy
78 UCF
89 SMU
95 Cincinnati
99 Tulane
104 East Carolina
122 Connecticut

I'm surprised SMU and Cincinnati aren't ranked higher. Pick UCF to surprise the field.

Likely especially if it's a night game

Well, it's on a Saturday, if that helps.
Yes that we know. They just have not released a time yet. It need to be 6 pm or later. Will make it a better crowd.

Panama:

So is your stadium ready? If I remember correctly you bought the old Braves stadium and converted it. I apologize for not knowing where you are in the process and I'm too lazy to look it up...any information you have would be great. Thanks!
Enjoy

I have no idea if the American will ever expand, or not. Looking over the past 30 years of college football history, my honest guess is that it will happen, sooner or later. If it happens any point after about 2022, Georgia State will be at/near the top of the list. If it happens sooner than that, I don't think they'll be ready.
There are about three things that are about to happen/be announced in the next 12 months that will be seismic.

Someone should do analysis on how many each conference has in top 60.

Except you'd give your left nut to join a conference with UCONN.
