RE: Ed Rollins and Charles Krauthammer Tonight
I guess I fail to see how mueller is unethical and out of control. Congress can pass laws making it more difficult for him to be fired, one example is he can be required to go before a judge for reinstatement. This is all about checks and balances.

Yeah, just like I haven't seen evidence of colluding with Russians, I haven't seen evidence that Mueller is unethical or out of control.

Mueller is a creature of the Washington establishment. He is the bipartisan Never Trump bomb.
Not much Trump can do. They will dig into every corner of Trump's massive empire and compare it with the complete contents of the epic known as US Code.
You think they won't find something?

It will be more suspicious of the don't than if they do. Won't matter. He won't be removed. It's a democrat fantasy and annoys America

Yup.
and they would find something on everyone that's ever posted here, ever read something here, or even mistakenly clicked a link to here.
If you have EVER filed your own tax return, you have broken a law. Bottom line.

Or downloaded a song from the Internet...pick anyone, and given enough investigative resources---I'll find a "crime".
Mueller s "out of control" because he isn't investigating what he was hired to investigate. How do you investigate the Russia interference and not seopena the DNC servers? Mueller out of control because he in direct violation of the law hasn't governing Special Prosecutors as he has not recused himself due to his cozy relationship with Comey. He has assembled a team of prosecutors, most of whom have histories of unethical conduct and contributed to democrats. He is out of control because he is looking into 10 year old land deals that have nothing to do with Russia (the investigation has a purpose---it's not a card Blanche to investigate ones entire life in the HOPES of finding SOMETHING to prosecute). Mostly Meuller s out of control because his isn't an investigation---it's an attempted coup. It's an attempt to overturn an election via the misuse of a law that is in dire need of reform.
My guess is he, like Starr, will over reach. He will find something---but nobody will care, because we were told this was about Russia---not a decade old building remodel in jersey.

You're a good guy with a polite discourse, but I think you're making something out of nothing and maybe overreacting a tad.

Perhaps. But lets put it this way---any case Mueller could make against Trump for Russia or obstruction would likely have significantly less validity than the case that could be made against Mueller for a violation of the Special Prosecutor statute due to failure to recuse when mandated. The facts are there, publicly available and are pretty cut and dried. If we are going to do a anal fishing expedition on a duly elected president, the least we can ask is that the the person doing it obey the law and conduct it in a fair and unbiased manner.

Now the ruling class is trying to over rule the peoples choice for POTUS. Our nations hangs in the balance.
Appointing nominees has been the norm in American history. The current system has only been in place for about 50 years.
Kinda like the electoral college that some now want to disregard.
The electoral college has major flaws. It was designed when all states had water access. There are some places in the united states that are inhospitable. Yet it only takes one person living in a state for it to get 3 electoral votes. Every cycle the imbalance gets worse because more people migrate toward water.
Every cycle 99.999% of people migrate closer to idiocy.

The constitution has a process for changing it if we see fit. I see no evidence that is necessary at this point. The system was set up by much smarter and deeper thinkers than anyone we have around today. It works fine.

I've become convinced a lot of Congressmen are illiterate with regard to the Constitution and really, really stupid.
