Hate to sound like a jerk, but none of the trades makes sense to me.
Trade 1: No one is taking on $50M of salary for the next 3 years, much less Chandler who has not proven he can stay healthy.
Trade 2: Knicks want youth and/or high future draft picks in a trade for Kristaps. Were asking for 4 future 1st rounders from one team. Jaylen Brown, this year's 3rd pick and next year's Brooklyn pick from Boston. Grizz have nothing to interest the Knicks, maybe with the exception of DD.
Trade 3: This one I'm sure Orlando would do, but thankfully the Grizz won't. Hezonga is terrible, one of the worst players in the the league. And since the Magic drafted him high, his contract is high. When the 5th pick can't find minutes on a losing, re-building team, that should tell us all we need to know.
Trade 1: Utah just got good again. Prior to last season, they had made the NBA Playoffs just one time in the last 7 seasons - as an 8 seed and were swept by the Spurs. If Utah loses Heyward and Hill in free agency, which isn't unlikely, they are going to take a major step back. Adding Mike Conley, WITHOUT losing any major assets, allows them to remain competitive in the West. Conley, Hood, Parsons, Favors, Gobert is a competitive lineup...
If we are going to blow it up, we need someone to take Parson's contract. Best bet is to package him with one of our 2 valuable pieces (like LA did with Mozgov and Russell), but because of the salary, teams could be reluctant...
If Utah won't take Parson's contract, then we can keep him (helps us hit our cap floor) but I'd want either Rodney Hood or Donovan Mitchell.
Trade 2: Marc is a PERFECT fit for the triangle offense, which is what Phil Jackson is committed to (see their draft pick this year). Plus, we take Joakim Noah's contract ...which may scare off a lot of teams. The Knicks may want a bunch of premium picks and young assets (I would too - Porzingis is awesome), but teams may be weary of giving ALL that up for 1 guy.
Trade 3: This is a pure upside move. Maybe a change of scenery does him some good. He's obviously talented, but for whatever reason it hasn't worked out for him in Orlando. If he bombs here, oh well...let him walk. That's what we'd do with Wright and Ennis anyway. Might as well try to strike gold.
