Victim Files Federal Title IX Lawsuit Against Baylor
http://www.espn.com/college-football/sto...ix-lawsuit
I know Baylor is not SEC, but current events might solve the problem of finding Baylor a potential new conference during realignment. How can this university not receive the death penalty? What do the other members of the Big XII think about this? Will the Big XII kick them out?

That's about as raw and ugly as it gets. But the Jameis Winston case is not totally different, it just had fewer involved. Both are over the top criminal. It all needs to stop!

Anyone who had anything to do with this should at minimum be fired and it sounds like some deserve jail time.

Aiding and abetting a felony? You bet they deserve jail time!

Winston was one guy accused of rape. This is the entire football program. Add female abuse to the mix and you have a real mess.

Winston was with buddies, one of which obstructed justice. The Tallahassee P.D. functioned as the intermediary who suggested the girl give up the case, instead of counselors and coaches as with Baylor and there is the distinction that permitted the Florida State administration to avoid Title IX charges and obstruction charges.
But the drink and the drug, and photos on a cell phone were all the same.
Baylor however is in the most indefensible position of any school that I can recall including SMU and that's saying something.

SMU was paying players not raping students and then covering it up.

That's true, but then the NCAA didn't want to investigate C. James.
