My prediction for Kansas
That the Lawson's will be the end of Bill Self's coaching career. Kansas basketball will die on its own weight.

Well! I usually don't bet, but if I do, it has always been a 20oz. coke to someone, yea I lose some and have won some twenty ounces. It is a long ways off for that I know, but if I lose, I'll send you two dollars.

Can't see that. Kansas program is all kinds of good, and Self can get it done with or without any individual players.

Dedric will be the best player on the team in 2 years and probably lead them to the Final Four

RE: My prediction for Kansas
Here is why I made this thread. If history repeats itself like it did here in Memphis, then they could become a huge distraction for Self. They didn't care here, laughing at 40 point losses. Apparently, they didn't follow rules down in Florida with others on the curfew. If they are hard headed like posters here say they are, then my prediction will come true. No reason to delete the thread, I'm anxious to see what is going to become of it. No respect for a hall of fame coach, how are you going to respect the next coach? I don't see it, until they prove it to me.

And if it doesn't happen, then I'll have to apologize to those that still like them. They are going to prove me wrong, and really prove it to me with no distractions.

In my humble opinion, Bill Self has too much control of the Kansas program for a player or players to bring his downfall.
Now if it is found that he cheated to win all of those Big 12 championships, then maybe.
But Dedric and KJ will not end his career!

This thread isn't stupidlty, all I'm saying is that, can they sustain themselves without distractions? Even some people say they can't.

Do you think he can control them? If they start acting up, and he doesn't do anything at all, you're going to see trouble amongst the fans, because they already know what happened here in Memphis. I should've put end his career at Kansas. That would've been better. I'm telling you, those folks won't put up with that kind of cloud over the program any longer.

It is ironic that in 2018-19 that Self/Kansas will be rolling with Pastner's anticipated major pieces of the Lawson's and Charlie Moore. How about that?

Thats true, he is a good coach, and we all know that, but I do wish them well. I would tell them two, don't do anything crazy like you did here. Don't get the other players involved into some crazy crap like they did here.

And who was it they said in the media that Kansas was taking a risk for getting these two? It is only a debatable thread, that is all. There isn't nothing crazy here at all. The main question is, is that can they sustain their actions at Kansas? Now if they do, then I'll be shocked! That is all.

So, from today's talk, it is a little ironic isn't it? Strange to see that three now has gone to Kansas. Maybe, Charlie Moore wanted to play with the Lawson's? I don't know, but if they can pull it together, then there won't be no distractions.
