Luke Fickell and his staff are doing some serious work on the recruiting trail. We have 5 commits in the class of 2018 so far. All 5 are from the state of Ohio, with 2 of them being rated 4 stars and the other 3 being rated 3 stars. Headlining the class so far are Cincinnati area commits Malik Vann and Josh Whyle.

Malik Vann, 6-3 270 lbs. DE, ranked #267 in the 247 composite rankings with offers from Alabama, Oklahoma, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Florida State, Tennessee, and Wisconsin, among others.

the point is whether they sign or not, CLF has already done more in a few months with OH/Cincy recruiting than Tubs did in his entire time here.

If we are touting meaningless recruiting rankings 8-10 months before signing day, then SMU is solid coming in at the #37 class.

Rivals has SMU at #34! and Cinci only at #41 and smu has a better avg rating as well. Maybe you should start your own thread!
