Sorry, I am loyal to my school....those that aren't should not have been here in the first place. There was no loyalty from the Lawson's and I am wondering why those who are loyal fans give a crap about those who basically just told them to go shove it. To them...its all about money. If that is what you want in a player, then I really don't care to be with you on that point. I just saw Mississippi State play for the national championship in women's basketball. There was a former player...Dak Prescott...the DALLAS COWBOYS QB in the stands cheering them on national TV. That is the kind of players I want....not a bunch of narcissists.

It's more how good talent didn't thrive here--- had to leave. Tubby didn't want them on the team, never mind their dad. That's what it looks like anyway.

Good talent hasn't thrived here since early 2009. We're just reading the latest chapter right now. Maybe we have just hired 2 guys - who are total opposites of each other - that are really bad at this. What are the odds?

I would almost purposefully not recruit Memphis kids unless they make inroads and genuinely want to come here. Transfer rates are so high, many would probably come back into town on the back end (like Elliot Williams) and not have the bargaining power that incoming freshmen have.
