Do any WKU fans have an idea why Louisville would not want graduate transfer CB to play in Bowling Green?

Do they have a game scheduled in the next few years? That is the normal reason. Bama has us blocked on one of their players looking to transfer.

Why would the graduate transfer need the permission of the school they are graduating from to attend the school of their choice? I thought the only requirement was that they offer a graduate degree that their former school did not.
